For the Christmas campaign of Nina’s Leather, a Honduran brand known for handcrafted leather handbags and apparel made by local artisans, Tech Studio designed and executed a comprehensive strategy focused on driving sales, increasing in-store traffic, and strengthening brand positioning during the holiday season.

As a key activation, we organized a Sip & Shop experience at the store location with the highest foot traffic, creating an exclusive, welcoming environment that allowed the brand to reconnect with loyal customers while also attracting new potential buyers in a way that felt authentic and aligned with Nina’s Leather’s elegant and artisanal identity.

To support conversion, we developed curated Christmas bundles combining selected pieces and clearance items, paired with tiered incentives designed to increase average transaction value, including:

Buy 1 and receive a special gift
Receive an additional 20% incentive when purchasing one of our curated Christmas bundles

In parallel, we launched a Christmas collection supported by professional photography and short-form video content (Reels). The content brought the handbags to life through relatable, seasonal moments while maintaining the refined aesthetic and craftsmanship that define the brand.
