In this project, we worked on launching their first store in Panama City, creating digital strategies and digital BTL activities to capture leads over a four-month period for Panama, Costa Rica, and Mexico. With our BTL strategy, we captured a database of 3,000 contacts in Panama before the store opening. This extensive engagement and data collection were mirrored in the social media efforts across Panama, Costa Rica, and Mexico. Our approach included handling all aspects of their social media management, content creation, marketing strategies, influencer strategic content creation, and ads.
