For Crocs Mexico's Back-to-School campaign in Q3, we leveraged their +60 stores across Mexico to seamlessly connect online and offline channels, driving leads and boosting sales. Offline, we strategically placed QR codes at store entrances and key areas, encouraging customers to scan for exclusive discounts, participate in back-to-school raffles, or unlock a gamified experience.

Online, targeted social media ads and influencer collaborations amplified awareness, driving traffic to stores and the campaign landing page. Customers who scanned the QR codes were prompted to register their details, capturing valuable leads while enhancing their shopping experience with tailored offers.

This strategy maximized in-store engagement, boosted foot traffic, and provided measurable lead generation results while keeping costs efficient.
